As a breast cancer survivor, Breast Cancer Awareness Month holds special meaning for me and is why Dank Poet Dispensary is proud to support the cause this October. Battling breast cancer was one of the toughest challenges of my life, and during that time, I experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and financial toll the disease takes. This month, we are not only raising awareness but taking action by donating proceeds from our product sales and our special edition pink roach clips to the Pink Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to breast cancer patients in active treatment. The Pink Fund’s mission is to help those undergoing treatment focus on healing by relieving some of the financial burdens that come with a diagnosis, such as housing, transportation, and utility bills.
Our partnership with the Pink Fund is about giving back and supporting those who are walking the same path I did. Many breast cancer patients face not just medical challenges, but also the overwhelming stress of financial insecurity. The Pink Fund steps in where insurance doesn’t, offering up to 90 days of critical financial support. By contributing to this amazing organization, we strive to provide some relief and comfort to those in need, so they can prioritize their health and well-being. I invite you to visit Dank Poet Dispensary this month, purchase some great products, and help us support someone’s fight against breast cancer. I know first hand how much this can matter!
Thank you!

Co-Owner/COO Dank Poet Dispensary
Throughout October, a portion of our sales will benefit the Pink Fund.
Pink Fund provides financial support to help meet basic needs, decrease stress levels, and allow breast cancer patients in active treatment to focus on healing while improving survivorship outcomes. Our 90-day grant program allows us to meet their critical expenses for housing, transportation, utilities, and insurance.
“While fighting for their lives, women and men in active treatment for breast cancer often lose their livelihoods.” -Molly MacDonald, Co-Founder
A breast cancer diagnosis can destroy the financial health and well-being of the patient and their family. While in active treatment, many patients are unable to work and experience a loss of income that can result in catastrophic financial losses and the need to rebuild financial health.
