This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Dank Poet (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding the use of our website, digital content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not:
Share, sublicense, or resell access to our Services without written consent.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including text, graphics, logos, artwork, and software, are owned by Dank Poet or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership to you.
If you submit or upload any content (e.g., comments, reviews, creative works), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Services immediately ends.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dank Poet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any).
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dank Poet Dispensary is legally registered and operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
For international users: As of September 2, 2025, 1 GBP = 1.26 USD. Exchange rates may vary over time. Users are solely responsible for verifying applicable currency conversion rates at the time of purchase or transaction.
